Shaji Abu Salih leads the Sales, Revenues and Marketing strategies for Shaza Hotels. He is responsible for the locational research, setting the opening strategies and revenue plans for the new hotels. Key account management of all hotels, matrix contracting and relationship management are part of his remit.
An MBA of Rheims University, Shaji has been a part of Shaza since 2009, prior to which he spent several years with Kempinski.
Mina Wildhaber heads the Pre-Opening Services at Shaza Hotels. She is responsible for Product Development, Conceptualizing, implementation of Business Systems and Pre-Opening Planning.
A graduate of Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Mina has been part of Shaza since 2010.
Ali Ozbay is in charge of developing innovative and analytical marketing strategies for Shaza Hotels. He leads the creation of Shaza’s brand assets, communication channels and digital strategies.
Ali holds a Master’s Degree in Tourism Management from the University of Brighton. Having had a distinguished career in London, Istanbul and Dubai, spanning over 18 years at international and multi-national brands, Ali brings invaluable cross-sectoral experience.
Naseeruddin Mohamed guides the people engagement portfolio. He participates in the development and preparation of the hotel business plans, creates long-term goals and implements strategies to meet them. He leads the staffing strategies, identifies talent within and outside Shaza Hotels, nurtures their growth, monitors employee morale and is the ombudsperson to ensure wellbeing of the Shaza colleagues.
Naseer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from HTI Switzerland. He also holds a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Ihab El Haddad provides the design direction created in a bespoke manner for each location curated to the market segments of the hotel. Is responsible to implement the Technical Guidelines of the brand in conjunction with the Owners, Consultants and Contractors.
A Bachelor of Architecture, PMP Certified, Ihab has over 15 years of experience with design firms such as HOK, HBA, and GMA.
In his role as Director of Finance for Shaza Hotels, Franck is responsible for corporate finance, driving hotels' financial performance, implementing the company's internal control, systems implementation, hotel's pre-opening budgets, and tax compliance.
A CMA certified professional, Franck holds two bachelor degrees in Finance and Accounting Information Systems from Fordham University and Skema Business School. As a member of the Shaza Family for the past 7 years, he has a very good understanding of the brand and all areas of the organization.
